QGF-600 drinking water bottling line
1. 3-rows 12-washing stops. Everything stop is about 23 seconds
2. 304 stainless steel insert type filling nozzle, two time high precision filling, filling volume adjustable.
3. Water pump: 304 stainless steel pump. Three washing pumps and one filling pumps.
4. Mitsubishi PLC controlling system, all full-automatic working, Schneider & Omron brand other electric parts
5. With AIRTAC brand air cylinder, F.R.L. Combination and Electromagnetism valve for air cylinder.
6. Machine frame and body: all 304 Stainless Steel, combine with clear fiber glass windows

1. Technical parameter
- For washing unit, multiple injection of washing liquid and bleaching liquid is used to achieve the purpose of washing and sterilizing, the washing process include three steps, first step is washing inside and outside with alkali dirty remover liquid, second steps is washing inside and outside washing with disinfecting water, third step is washing inside and outside with pure water, the alkali and disinfecting water can be used cyclically,
- Work position which is arranged logically; include rinsing of cycle water, sterilizing water, pure water and the process of water drop. It can rinse bottle effectively. The reasonable drop work position and enough work time reduce mutual effect of each step and guarantee the effect of rinsing.
- The filling process introduces PLC control; the ingenious filling level inspector ensures the accuracy of filling volume. The filling volume can be adjusted as unit of one second.
- For capping unit, the barrel caps can be automatic capped, and equipped with water spraying device to sterilize caps of bottles in order to ensure caps are aseptic and healthy
- This machine adopts long-range microcomputer concentration control and composed of inspection, alarm, count, control, etc. Operating conveniently, decreasing workload. The main electrical components are products of world famous brand and ensure the accuracy and reliability of control.
